Eventually, a newer material called silicone hydrogel made an entry. This material was capable of retaining more moisture, which also meant more oxygen for the eyes.

But, the problem didn’t stop there. These lenses still became dry in a matter of hours. This was because they relied on an old and outdated system of coating the lenses with a wetting agent on the external surface. This caused the wetting agent to wipe away during blinking, eventually causing the lenses to go dry and become irritating. Ultimately, the user was forced to keep changing lenses every day.

Hydroclear Technology gets rid of this problem by embedding moisture into the silicon hydrogel lenses. This helps the lenses retain moisture for significantly longer periods of time. In fact, you can even reuse them after the first use.

Plus, the moisture inside the lenses creates cushion like comfort, which smoothens out the friction. It feels like you’re not even wearing lenses. Then, the silicone hydrogel lenses make sure your eyes get all the oxygen they need and more.
